Dah berminggu dah aku tak kayuh. berapa banyak event penting yang dah aku terlepas. Yang paling rasa rugi, gunung jerai kelmarin dulu lah. Tak sempat nak jumpa kawan2 dari seangkatan yang datang dari jauh demi menyahut cabaran Gunung Jerai. Aku hanya sempat pi tengok depa flag off saja. Urusan keluarga terpaksa diutamakan....
Hari ni aku berpeluang utk berkayuh. RCT Fahrul lead trip hari ni. RCT Faizal berhasrat menyahut cabaran lebih jauh hari ni. Dia rasa training 2-3 hari lepas dah dah cukup untuk menyahut cabaran pulau bunting hari ni.
Aku hari ni baru dapat test tayar VEE Rubber aku. Total trip hari ni lebih kurang 46km. mula dari Tmn Lambaian- GC- Bt 17 - Ulu sedaka - Selengkoh Tengah- Sg.Limau - Pulau. Balik ikut Sedaka semula. Disini aku load beberapa gambar yang sempat aku snap..jpg)
