ekspedisi jerai 1/3/09





Assalamualaikum wbt.
Hari ini TeamRCT telah menjayakan xpdc ke gunung jerai. Seramai 7 ahli telah berkumpul di rumah Ayen Kg Baru Gurun. Route kayuhan kali ini bermula di Kg Baru>offroad kaki gunung jerai >estate Hock Kim>gurun jaya>kg sg kunyit>jirat cina>persisiran kaki gunung >jalan raya>Kg Baru. Team memberRCT yang turut serta ialah Ayen, Sahaq, Amm, Nayan, Shukri, Bad & Farul.saudara2 kita yg lain tidak dapat turut serta atas hal2 yang tak dapat dielakkan.
Bagi kayuhan kali ini boleh dikatakan agak mencabar mental & fizikal ahli2 kerana terpaksa melalui denai yang agak curam,Trek ini memerlukan kecekapan ahli mengendalikan jentera masing-masing. Kalau tidak terpaksalah menolak jentera pada ketinggian yg getir.Peluh yg mencurah2 pada setiap rongga ahli membuktikan betapa sukarnya kayuhan kali ini,ditambah lagi jika dah lama tak praktice.
Kemuncak kayuhan ini berakhir di rumah ayen dan sekalung terima kasih kapada tuan rumah yg sponsor makan tgh hari..

Minggu depan kita panjat lagi GUNUNG JERAI..

Titi Hayun d'Tour

Assalamualaikum,


Nie ada xtvt kayuhan semalam tapi tak sempat update... so far kayuhan nie adalah team RCT Guaq dimana 4 orang iaitu RCT Zale, Bad, Fahrul dah tak lain tak bukan sapa lagi kalau bukan 'aku'...

target kayuhan hari nie adalah Peranginan Titi Hayun Yan...

Jarak kayuhan yg berjaya di hasilkan adalah.. 41KM

Oklaa hangpa tengok gambaq laa malas nak karang banyak2..biaq gambaq menceritakan segalanya....
Baru Sampai Kg Setaq..lepak sat ambik angin..



Baru setengah perjalanan nie....

Nie sewaktu operasi 'JUNJUNG GEREK' utk Lintasan Denai Kg Setaq


Sekolah Rendah Tempat RCT Sahaq mula tuntut ilmu..
Bila menengah pak dia pindah pie sek.Agama.. nak bagi jadi Ustaz dengaq kata laa
Dalam dok kayuh tu ternampak rumah nie..

Merida : The Carbon Technology


THE NEW MERIDA CARBON FRAME IS FASCINATING, IT SEEMS TO CONSIST OF LIGHTNESS AND CARBON.
Rain, wind, strength sapping cold and extremely deep mud: welcome to the legendary car racing track of Spa Francorchamps in the middle of the Ardenne. The Nano-Matrix
The profile and cross section of our FLEX-STAY seat and chain stays follow the idea of a flat spring.

Thanks to the combination of horizontally shaped cross-sections in the middle of the rear-stays and the use of SPECTRA and VECTRAN fibre-material, the rear-frame is able to bend up and down, allowing it to absorb vertical forces much more easily. As a result, the rear wheel of MERIDA-frames featuring FLEX-STAYS are more stable and predictable in their handling than any conventional frame.

High modulus fibre material
In 2007 all the top Merida carbon models use high modulus carbon-fibre material made by the Japanese supplier Toho, having 20% higher strength than regular carbon-material used for bicycle frames.

The high modulus weaves are the absolute ultimate in carbon sports-goods and improve BB stiffness reducing energy wasting flex as well as improving torsional stiffness, whilst reducing frame weight at the same time.
